Angela Clutton is a food writer, cook and presenter.
Her debut book The Vinegar Cupboard (published in March 2019) won the Jane Grigson Trust Award, two further awards at the Guild of Food Writers Awards, and ‘Debut Cookery Book’ at the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards. The Vinegar Cupboard was also shortlisted for the André Simon Food and Drink Awards. Since then Angela has written Borough Market: The Knowledge and, most recently, Seasoning: How to Cook and Celebrate the Seasons.
Angela is Co-Director of the British Library’s Food Season, curating and presenting talks and events across food issues, culture and writing. She has written on food and drink for publications such as The Telegraph, The Independent and Country Life; commercial clients include brands such as Amazon Fresh, Aspall, Doves Farm and Lurpak. Broadcast work includes the recent Channel 5 ‘Inside…’ series.
Andy Harris (also known as The Chief Vinegar Officer) is a food and travel writer, magazine editor and owner of artisan vinegar company, The Vinegar Shed. Based in London, Andy has extensive experience in the vinegar industry, including comprehensive travel to the finest vinegar makers throughout Italy, France, Greece and Spain.
A multi-award winning vinegar maker in his own right, Andy is also the owner of the fine food provisions company, the Ealing Grocer.
